1. How do I place an order?
Place your order online by 3:00 pm PST on Sunday for pick up on Wednesday from 1:00pm – 3:00pm at Kindred Creative Kitchen, 2525 NE Twin Knolls Dr. #2 Bend, OR 97701
Place your order online by 3:00 pm PST on Monday for delivery on Wednesday and Friday. Any orders placed after this deadline will be ready for the following week. Please, note, that we will deliver cookies only if you place an order of 4, 6 or 8 cookies.

* All sales are final with no refunds or returns. All cookies are handmade for you with love and in small batches. And all cookies are made fresh. We cannot cancel your order once it has been confirmed.

3. Do you ship?
We do ship nationwide. It is a flat rate of $10.00 and for an additional cost you can have expedited shipping.
Shipments go out once a week right now on Wednesdays. Order by midnight on Sunday for same week shipping.
* Please note that the Ground shipping takes much longer and can not be guaranteed.
4. How do I keep cookies fresh?
Cookies may be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a 5- 7 days.
If you do not eat the cookies immediately or within 5-7 days, we recommend freezing them up to 3 months. Please do not refrigerate cookies, it will dry them out.
When ready to eat, heat your cookies in a 355℉ oven for 5-10 minutes until warm.
Or you can heat and warm your cookie in the microwave for 10-30 seconds.
5. Do you make gluten free cookies?
Not at this moment, but we are working on it.
6. What is refund policy?
*All sales are final with no refunds or returns. All cookies are handmade for you with love and in small batches. And all cookies are made fresh. We cannot cancel your order once it has been confirmed.
*If you received defective, damaged cookies or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us and we evaluate the situation.
7. Can I find GG's locally?
Yes! You can find us at stores in Central Oregon with more stores to come!

8. Cookie Care

Please Note: GG’s Dream Cookies are made in a shared facility that is not an allergy-free bakery. Although, we take cross contamination very seriously, so please be aware of this if you are highly allergic to nuts.
